The following steps will help you solve this issue:

Tools needed: Vernier Caliper (easier than a tape measure)

• Using the vernier caliper, measure the thread of the immersion heater at the bottom of the head (as shown on video)
• Taking the measurement from the calipers, find the corresponding BSP size in our BSP Thread Size table.
