Base Drum Heaters

The base drum heater is used to heat up metal drums from the bottom instead of the traditional drum heaters. This type of base drum heater has a diameter of 550mm. which makes it compatible with all size metal drums up to the standard 200 liter drum. The drum heater has a built in thermostat that ranges from 0 to 120°C. The thermostat insures getting the required temperature and is easy to use. If you wish for a faster heating process than the base drum heater can do as a standalone product, it is easy to combine it with a traditional drum heater. Base drum heating can be used to heat a variety of liquids, e.g. water, resin, oil, diesel fuel and many other industrial liquids.

High Temperature Drum Heater

Drum heaters are perfect for drums where you want to keep the content at a consistent temperature, a certain viscosity or keeping the content from freezing. Equipped with an easy to use thermostat with a heating range from 0 - 200ºC makes this drum heater ideal for almost any purpose (the maximum temperature can vary due to the maximum temperature of liquids). The high temperature range drum heaters are designed in a durable and long lasting high quality lightweight design and the construction together with quick release webbing straps makes the drum heater easy to attach to any standard size metal drum.

Insulated Drum Heater Jackets

The insulated jacket is designed as a jacket for a drum, isolating and maintaining temperature inside the drum. The insulation jacket fits a standard 200 liter drum, we do produce other size insulation jackets on request - please contact us for further details and delivery time. If you wish to heat the content in a drum you can add the insulation jacket in the process together with a base drum heater. In this way the insulation jacket helps isolating the drum and speeds up the heating process.

The jacket is designed in durable nylon with polyester on the inside. The jacket is equipped with velcro pads which makes it very easy to attach or remove from a drum. Furthermore there is easy access to the top of the drum through the lid of the jacket.
