Heatrod COVID-19 Update Jan 21

Heatrod is open for business as usual.

We have taken lots of precautionary measures to try and make sure we can keep our team safe whilst still ensuring that supply is unaffected, to allow our customers to continue with their operations. We want to reassure our customers and suppliers that we are doing everything in our power to keep our production facility running.

2020 was a very challenging year for all businesses and although we’ve all got our fingers crossed for 2021, with the current UK wide lockdown, the team at Heatrod continues to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our operations and we are continually reviewing procedures and guidelines to ensure we minimize the impact, whist protecting our colleagues.

We have introduced new, strict ways of working which allow our colleagues to stay a distance apart and our office staff are working from home where possible. We endeavour to offer our usual and expected level of customer service at all times, however, please do bear with us during this difficult time.
