Important Notice - ERP System Implementation

We would like to inform you that Backer Heatrod Ltd is implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing customer service, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening our business processes.

Our planned go-live date is Friday 4th September 2026. In preparation for this transition, we will be migrating data, introducing new workflows, and providing comprehensive training to our teams to ensure they are fully equipped to operate within the new system.

We've taken extensive steps to minimise any disruption during the implementation of our new ERP system, including comprehensive side-by-side testing of both the current and new systems to validate processes, data accuracy, and operational performance before go-live.

Whilst we expect any impact to be minimal and short-lived, there may be occasional delays during the transition period affecting:

• Sales order processing and acknowledgements
• Purchase order processing
• Delivery scheduling and shipment updates
• Invoice processing
• Customer and supplier enquiries

Our teams will be closely monitoring performance throughout the transition and responding rapidly to ensure service levels remain as high as possible.

We are committed to minimising any impact on our customers and suppliers and will work closely with all stakeholders throughout the implementation process. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding should any unforeseen delays occur during this period.
