Often this service can be provided via telephone fax and email to save expensive time travelling and in meetings or when requirements are more involved our technical sales engineers will visit and discuss solutions to your requirements in more detail.

Where drawings and sketches are not available a sample can often be used to derive manufacturing and design information.
